Downtown is bustling with unique shops, many located in colorful historical buildings, and the nearby Everett Mall offers 150 stores, a food court and exhibitor shows all year-round.
The Everett waterfront is home to the largest public marina on the West Coast. You'll also find an authentic 1890's marina marketplace which includes a 4-star waterfront hotel, fine restaurants and nearby you'll discover a new micro-brewery and pub. The Everett Naval Station, also located near the marina, has become home port for thousands of U.S. Navy personnel and their families who have also been relocated to the area.
The Boeing 747,767,777 and 787 are constructed at the world's largest building in Everett. Visit the Future of Flight Aviation Center and Boeing Tour and see the assembly of these commercial airplanes. Or delight in the events and shows at the Comcast Arena at Everett, including concerts, rodeos, trade shows, ice skating and family shows such as Disney On Ice, Harlem Globetrotters, Sesame Street Live, and many others.
The Comcast Arena at Everett is also home to the Western Hockey League franchise, the Everett Silvertips, and the Washington Stealth of the professional National Lacrosse League. The new Schack Art Center on Hoyt Avenue includes a gallery featuring up to 35 local artists, a hot and cold shop for glass art, a kiln forming studio, and a multi-functional space for printmaking, silversmithing, painting, drawing, and mixed media classes.
